PTTGC Joins Hand with Dynachem by Acquiring 41.5% of DYCT to Penetrate PP Compound Biz

PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) announced that the company has signed mutual investment contract with Dynachem (Hong Kong) Limited (Dynachem), a manufacturer and distributor of polypropylene compound in Taiwan under Dynachem Group. PTTGC acquired 41.5% of Dynachisso Thai Co. Ltd (DYCT)’s total shares, a manufacturer of polypropylene compound at Amata City Chonburi, Thailand with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes/year.

 

Mr. Patiparn Sukorndhaman, Director of PTTGC stated that with a professional manufacturer in polypropylene compound of Dynachisso Thai, this mutual investment will enhance GC Group expanding the business into the markets of automotive industry and electrical and electronics technology industry, as well as to meet the needs of customers in a rapidly changing society, particularly, in Thailand, China and Southeast Asia markets.
