SCGP Jumps 5%, Analyst Expects a Continued Growth in 2021-2021, Giving TP at ฿52.50
The share price of SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) rose ฿2.25/share or 4.66% to ฿50.50/share with a trading value of 2,664 million baht.
DBS Vickers Securities (Thailand) expected SCGP’s 2021-2022 earnings to grow by 16% and 17%, respectively, from an increased plant capacity and M&A, along with an improving packaging demand in line with a growing E-Commerce. An expansion of the middle class in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam would also support SCCC’s revenue and earnings growth, therefore, giving a target price at ฿52.50/share.
