Operating loss of 3,126 million baht from the adoption of TFRS 16 Leases and FX loss pressured the Board of Directors of JAS to approve the omission of the dividend payment from the operating result of year 2020. JAS also approved the business restructuring, giving JSTC the green light to transfer all 99.99% shares of JASTEL to JTS at the total amount of 1,201.19 million baht.


TACC, Thai Cannatech Innovation Co., Ltd. and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to conduct research and development of cannabis and hemp products for commercial and medicinal purposes under the concept of Health and Wellness. 

Meanwhile, NRF recently acquired GTH in preparation for penetrating hemp business. For the year 2020, NRF’s net profit was 124 million baht, an increase of 202%, affirming the revenue will reach 3,000 million baht by 2023.


TQR’s net profit in 2020 was 74 million baht, an increase of 68% YoY, recording a new high as expected. The Board approved a dividend payment of ฿0.014/share with an EX-dividend date on March 16, 2021. Furthermore, TQR expects revenue to grow at least 30%.


THAI submitted the rehabilitation plan to the Legal Execution Department with high confidence to regain profitability. All THAI’s creditors will meet on May 12 to decide on the plan. “Chansin” expects the rehabilitation plan to be approved within July, expressing confidence on the possibility of profit recovery. THAI targets a revenue of 140,000 million baht by 2025 following the downsize plan by reducing the number of aircraft to 86, also expecting operations to resume in the third quarter of this year.  


JMT expects the net profit of 2021 will grow 33% to 1,400 million baht as cost drops while revenue increases. Analysts revised a target price to ฿47.50/share.
