FDA Recalls DOD’s License for Importing Hemp Seeds without Giving Reasons

DOD Biotech Public Company Limited (DOD) has announced that on March 17, 2021, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recalled the license to import hemp seeds without giving reasons.

 

The company clarified that Siam Herbal Tech Company Limited, a subsidiary of DOD, has the qualifications to import hemp seeds as specified by the Food and Drug Administration.

Siam Herbal Tech Company Limited has applied for the permission to import hemp seeds from the Food and Drug Administration and received the permission to import hemp seeds. The company received the official license on March 8, 2021, which the license dated on February 25, 2021.

 

The share price of DOD rose ฿0.10/share or 0.66% to close the morning session on March 19, 2021, at ฿15.30/share. DOD has risen 73.86% in 2021 and 21% in March.
